DLA Piper packs a punch with boxing hopefuls

Young boxers from Brendan Ingle's famous St Thomas' gym in Sheffield were special guests at DLA Piper's offices in the city.
The boxers, some of whom have enrolled on university courses in Sheffield, were invited to visit DLA Piper's St Paul's Place office to mark a special dinner with Sheffield City Council leader Sir Bob Kerslake, MP Richard Caborn and Ian Bromley, chief executive of Creative Sheffield.
The dinner was also held to welcome Keith Burnett and Philip Jones as the new vice chancellors of Sheffield Hallam University and the University of Sheffield respectively.
Paul Firth, UK regional managing partner at DLA Piper, said: “At a time when diversity and opportunity in further education are such hot topics, we were delighted to welcome these talented young students to our offices. I would also like to wish the two new vice chancellors the very best of luck in their new roles.”
