SIGNAGE company Omega-Signs has retained its status as lead supplier to Waitrose and has also been appointed as an approved supplier to John Lewis stores.
Over a six year period, Leeds-based Omega has managed the Waitrose contract, installing all the signage for new stores.
Managing director Duncan Chapman said: “We are delighted with the news. We have worked closely with Waitrose for several years and formed a strong working relationship.
“It is testament to our ability to deliver projects on time that we have one won this tender to offer the same service to John Lewis stores.”

A NEW price comparison service specifically for people in the Hull area has been launched.
Hull Compare provides a one-stop shop for all financial needs; from mortgages and loans, debt and legal advice, as well as personal injury claims.
The service is the brainchild of local entrepreneur Mark Cooke who has extensive experience in the financial sector and in call centres.
He said: “The idea behind Hull Compare is simple. It’s a local comparison site, run by local people for local people and using the services of local companies.
“There is an awful lot of local pride in and around Hull and I believe consumers will welcome the opportunity of doing business with local firms providing they can give cost savings and true value for money.”
