Key appointment for Shulmans

PAUL Forster has joined Yorkshire law firm Shulmans as an associate from Gaz de France.

Mr Forster, who has joined Andrew Bradley's corporate finance team at Leeds-based Shulmans, was in-house counsel at gas and electricity supply business Gaz de France having previously established his career in corporate practice.

He is experienced in private equity and corporate work leading multi-million pound acquisitions, disposals transactions and MBOs/MBIs.

Mr Bradley, head of corporate finance at Shulmans, said: “We have been building the strength and depth of our team by promoting internally and recruiting externally.

“Paul's appointment brings considerable expertise to our team. We have gained a really strong reputation in corporate finance in the city and plan to grow further over the next year. Paul's presence will undoubtedly accelerate this process.”
