Mechanical group rebrands following £500,000 investment

A Huddersfield-based mechanical group has announced its major rebrand, following an investment of over £500,000.

MAP Mechanical Group, formerly known as B’s Plumbing and Heating, has been established for over 30 years and works throughout the UK within the commercial and domestic sectors.

Business partners, Arran Crabtree and Peter Cornelly bought the firm in 2016. They have since grown the business significantly, working with a number of major retail businesses, schools and house builders, including Costa Coffee, NHS and Selfridges.

MAP Mechanical has a team of experienced engineers. The rebrand of the business has included an investment in marketing, staff, transport and technology to assist with growth.

Crabtree said: “Over the last few years the business has grown significantly and the new brand showcases where we are now as a firm.

“In order for us to maintain our high levels of service, we have invested significantly in technology. All our engineers have access to our digital platform which offers online quoting, CRM, and diary management. It has completely streamlined our businesses.”

Following the rebrand, MAP Mechanical has recruited a further three members of staff including two apprentices. The company says it will be continuing its recruitment drive throughout the year.
