Leeds-headquartered manufacturer, Genuit Group, says Tim Pullen will join the company today – 4 September – as interim chief financial officer.
He will report into the Board but will not be appointed as a statutory Board director.
Pullen’s appointment follows the confirmation in June that Paul James is stepping down as CFO on 30 September 2023 to take up the position as CFO of a privately owned company.
Pullen’s appointment is designed to ensure a smooth transfer of responsibilities.
He brings a broad range of public market experience through a variety of fast-paced and dynamic businesses, having served as CFO of IQE plc, an AIM listed manufacturer of advanced semiconductor materials from 2019 to 2023.
He was CFO of Arm Ltd from 2017 to 2019 and has held senior finance positions in 02/Telefonica UK, Serco plc and Logica plc prior to that.
