Glenbrook seals sale of prime Leeds city centre retail unit

Glenbrook Investments has completed the £2.7m disposal of a prime retail property in Leeds city centre, marking another transaction for the firm’s growing investment portfolio.

The 8,037 sq ft freehold unit, located at 5–6 Commercial Street, has been sold to Berens Group. The building occupies a prominent double-fronted position on one of Leeds’ busiest pedestrianised streets, just 25 metres from the Trinity shopping centre.
