Harworth secures £2.5m rental boost

Harworth Group has strengthened its industrial and logistics investment portfolio with a series of lettings that have pushed occupancy close to full and delivered a significant uplift in rental income.

The regeneration specialist and strategic landowner has secured 267,000 sq ft of lettings on previously vacant space since 1 July 2025, generating £2.5m of annualised rent.
