Healthcare centre sold as part of £4.8m deal

HEALTHCARE facility provider Primary Health Properties (PHP) has bought a medical centre in East Yorkshire as part of a £4.8m deal.

Surrey-based PHP has bought the centre in Hornsea as well as another premises developed by Abstract Group near Stockton on Tees, in County Durham, as part of the deal.

The buildings are let for occupation by GP practices and the combined rent roll is £320,000 per year.

The average unexpired lease length on the buildings is 19.5 years.
