Torsion care home arm faces winding-up petition

Torsion Group's  specialist care home business, Torsion Projects, has been hit with a winding-up petition just days after its sister company sought insolvency protection.

TheBusinessDesk.com can reveal that the petition has been lodged by construction equipment supplier, YardLink.  The filing follows Torsion Construction's filing of a notice of intention to appoint administrators on Monday.
