Group completes its first recruitment acquisition
Connecting Excellence Group (XCE) has completed the acquisition of the entire issued share capital of James Gray Recruitment (JGR) and simultaneously James Gray Engineering (JGE).
Leeds-based XCE said the deal adds a profitable business generating £1.79m of revenue and £431,000 of EBITDA, with revenue up 21.5 per cent in the 12 months to June 2026.
James Gray Recruitment is a specialist construction and engineering recruiter, placing technical, management and leadership candidates across the UK, US and international markets.
