Care provider triples in size with ‘game-changing’ 18 home portfolio acquisition
Wakefield-based Strong Life Care has acquired 18 purpose-built care homes from Maria Mallaband Care Homes across Yorkshire & Humber, the North East, the North West, the East Midlands and Norfolk.
This deal triples the size of its business and quadruples its annual turnover. It takes the family-owned operator to more than 2,000 employees and 1,500 beds.
The acquisition follows investment in senior leadership, operational infrastructure and digital technology, with further acquisitions already in the pipeline.
