Healthcare business grows its footprint with acquisition

Yorkshire care provider, Springfield Healthcare, has acquired Moorcare, a homecare service operated by Leeds Jewish Welfare Board (LJWB), bringing more than 60 additional clients and 27 employees into its growing business.

The transfer will extend Springfield Healthcare's community care operations into North Leeds, strengthening its geographical footprint and providing a platform for further expansion across the area.
