Joint venture for Callcredit

MOBILE phone software firm 2ergo has announced a joint venture with Callcredit Information Group, a consumer data and marketing firm.

The two companies will collaborate to provide corporate customers with mobile business services that target users based on their mobile behaviour, as well as their financial and social background. 

Leeds-based Callcredit manages consumer data for businesses across every sector, both in the UK and internationally. Its consumer data provides businesses with insights into consumer demographics including lifestyle data, credit information and household composition.

2ergo’s MobileDNA is a proprietary database of over 10 million mobile profiles, which contains insights from users’ mobile activity, transactions, handset type, network provider, user locations and tracking, plus demographic information.

This new partnership will enable Salford Quays-based  2ergo to combine insight from its analytics platform MobileDNA with Callcredit’s detailed insight into users’ demographics to further enhance its client targeted mobile marketing activity and promotions.
