Latest appointments: Assistant operations manager on board with Stagecoach; Barber Titleys invest in future and more

BUS operator Stagecoach Yorkshire has appointed Simon Tramalloni as its new assistant operations manager.
Mr Tramalloni will be based at Stagecoach’s Barnsley depot on Midland Street.
He joins from Stagecoach North West where held the position of acting assistant operations manager for Stagecoach Preston.
In his new role, Mr Tramalloni will be responsible for assisting with the day to day operation ensuring delivery of service.
Paul Lynch, managing director of Stagecoach Yorkshire, said: “Simon has a wealth of experience in the bus industry and we are delighted to welcome him aboard.”

HARROGATE law firm Barber Titleys has invested in the future by creating full time jobs for three young lawyers.
Two solicitors who joined the firm as trainees in 2007 have secured full-time jobs in key departments and a third, who joined as a legal secretary, has been granted a full-time training contract.
Edward Taylor and Matthew Brown are now fully-fledged fee earners in the private client department and property department respectively, after completing broad-based training with the firm.
Estella Pengilley joined the firm as a legal secretary in 2008 and is now training to be a solicitor in the company commercial department with an 18-month training contract which will see her qualify in 2011.

SIGN manufacturer Scriptus has hired Gina Griskeviciute as project support manager.
Ms Griskeviciute has worked in graphic design in a number of design houses in Europe. Bringing her expertise, particularly in design, she will manage the growing number of projects linked to Scriptus’ new wayfinding consultancy division launched in January.
