Company powers ahead with international agreements

EMSc, the energy management company, has expanded its international network by signing distribution agreements with companies in Sri Lanka, the United Arab Emirates (UAE), Bahrain and Malta.

Rotherham-based EMSc is the manufacturer of Powerstar, a voltage optimisation system that works to reduce electricity consumption and carbom emissions.

The company has has signed an exclusive agreement with Direct Contact International to market, develop and install its Powerstar products in Sri Lanka.

Projects include the company’s own office complex, as well as for hospitality brand Cinnamon Hotels & Resorts.

EMSc has also secured an agreement with the UAE’s MHM Green Systems in Dubai to optimise power consumption at Atlantis The Palm Hotel, Dubai.

In Bahrain the company has secured a distribution agreement with Mannai Tech, and in Malta, CD Powersaving has become an exclusive distributor for Powerstar.

Paul North, the group’s international business development manager, said: “In response to increased international interest in Powerstar, our market leading voltage optimisation solution, we are happy to announce we have signed a number of international distribution agreements.

“Having experienced significant growth over the past few years, both in the UK and internationally, we anticipate our growth to continue at an even faster pace thanks to mounting worldwide demand for our revolutionary technology.”

The Powerstar system is now exported to more that 15 countries.
