Bruntwood expands West One

COMMERCIAL property provider Bruntwood has expanded its West One development with the acquisition and refurbishment of a neighbouring property.

The company bought 100 Wellingon Street, in Leeds, and has integrated the 35,000 sq ft of extra space into its existing development.

Leeds director Craig Burrow said: “The acquisition and redevelopment of 100 Wellington Street is fantastic news for Bruntwood in Leeds. This has provided us with the opportunity to expand our capacity in the West End of Leeds, which has always seen high levels of demand for us.

“Our Leeds portfolio is currently at 100% occupancy and we hope that by increasing our city centre offering that new and existing customers will continue to respond positively to the Bruntwood way of doing business in Yorkshire.

“We have a vision for West One. Part of this will see us improving the central courtyard to provide an enhanced amenity and landscaped environment for the benefit of existing customers and surrounding occupiers.”

West One was refurbished in 2005 and offers serviced offices and meeting rooms.
