DFS considering stock market flotation

FURNITURE manufacturer and retailer DFS is reportedly lining up a stock market flotation which would value the company at up to £1bn.
According to The Sunday Times, the Doncaster-headquartered company’s private equity owner Advent will soon appoint advisers.
DFS was sold for around £500m to Advent in 2010 by its founder Lord Kirkham.
It employs around 3,000 people.
