Promotions at Yorkshire Bank

YORKSHIRE Bank Corporate & Structured Finance (CSF) has made two promotions as it expands the team in Yorkshire and the North East.
Ross Lumsden and Stephanie Campbell have both stepped up to the position of manager whilst two new associates, Ann Cross and Ian Marshall, have joined the team to fill their old roles.
Ms Cross and Mr Marshall have been promoted from within the bank.
Mr Lumsden joined the bank four years ago after graduating from Newcastle University and he has understanding of the deals process thanks to his experience working with the CSF team since then.
He specialises in acquisition finance and has worked on the institutional buy-outs of Vertical Pharma Resources and JHP Group, and the management buyout of Lightmain Leisure, this year.
Ms Campbell joined Yorkshire Bank three years ago as a graduate trainee. She has a law degree and specialises in corporate finance and helps manage relationships with many of the bank’s key corporate clients, including most recently the refinancing of VP and long standing customer Severfield-Rowen.
David Maybury, Corporate & Structured Finance regional director, said: “Ross and Stephanie have rapidly developed their skills and expertise and as we continue to support growing businesses it’s important we match this with the ability to provide excellent customer service.
“It’s also very satisfying to nurture new talent, not just for the benefit of the bank but also for the wider community.”
