AGS Risk Solutions snapped up by Insight

INSIGHT has acquired Yorkshire-based specialist fraud and financial crime investigations provider AGS Risk Solutions.

Bolton-based Insight said the deal brings AGS into the growing stable of UK brands within the ExamWorks family of companies and provides a “new dimension” to its offering.

Leeds-based AGS Risk Solutions provides fraud and financial crime investigations services for clients across a range of sectors including insurance companies, banks and law firms.

The acquisition also includes the purchase of iValidate, a leading provider of conversation management based in Gatwick.
