Property People: Savills; Harworth; Rollits

THE Leeds office of Savills has announced a number of promotions.
Adam Key, planning, and James Lamming, retail, have been promoted to director. Paddy Carter, business space, and Mark Wilson, UK investment, have been promoted to associate director and Catherine Smith, housing and healthcare, has been promoted to associate.

HARWORTH Estates, the property regeneration company, has made two more appointments to support its growing business.
David Elliott has been appointed to South Yorkshire-headquartered Harworth’s recently-established technical division, which is responsible for all infrastructure, remediation and building design work at Harworth’s sites. This division was established in January and is playing a critical role as Harworth’s construction sites get larger and more complex.
Elliott has joined as project manager and will be responsible for the delivery of building and infrastructure projects across Harworth’s commercial and industrial development sites. He previously worked for St Paul’s Developments in Rotherham.
Mark Richards has also been appointed to Harworth’s recently created Environment, Safety & Estates Management division as GIS & CAD technician. Richards will be responsible for implementing a new GIS platform for the company in addition to providing CAD drawing support to the company’s four main divisions and has previously worked for Balfour Beatty Utility Solutions.
Over the past six months Harworth Estates has made eight new appointments to support its growth. The company now employs 38 people across its six divisions – Strategic Land, Business Space, Development, Natural Resources, Technical and Environment, Safety and Estates.

CAROLINE Gooder, an experienced licenced conveyancer with more than 25 years’ experience of working within the Hull and East Yorkshire area, has joined Hull and York law firm Rollits as head of the Residential Property team.
Gooder is based at the firm’s Hull office and specialises in residential property work. Her work will focus on all aspects residential property sales and purchases and remortgages including both freehold and leasehold matters, as well as portfolio purchases for private investors.
