Renovo gears up for growth with restructure

YORKSHIRE-based recruitment, employee retention and outplacement company Renovo is gearing up for growth after re-launching the business with a new corporate structure that aims to challenge industry standards.
The York-based company is embracing technological advances and using its expertise across public and private sectors to serve recruitment as well as staff release and retention needs.
Renovo plans to grow from 28 employees and a targeted turnover of £2m in 2010 to 150 staff and £15m turnover in the next five years.
Through its established recruitment team Renovo now offers bespoke campaign management and also pre-employment services such as screening, testing and training.
The company is also working with organisations to measure employee engagement and implement campaigns to re-engage if necessary.
Chief executive David Twiddle said: “The employment landscape has totally changed over the last few years and our new business model now delivers are more holistic offer for our clients.
“Of course there has been a significant increase in the number of jobseekers on the market in recent times but the demand for employee motivation and even career transition support is also now high on the agenda.
“We are committed to help our clients from recession to recovery with more cost effective solutions that help staff as well as the business.”
