Door to growth opens wide for Polyframe

POLYFRAME, the Yorkshire-based manufacturer of trade windows, doors and conservatories, has been recognised in an elite list which ranks the UK’s fastest growing businesses.
The Halifax-based business has been selected by Santander and Smarta as one of the UK’s top 50 most exciting, fastest growing companies.
The Santander Breakthrough 50 in partnership with Smarta aims to showcase the most inspiring businesses in the UK.
The award recognises the continued growth that Polyframe has seen over recent years. Year on year growth has been on average 80%, in a period of difficult trading conditions, and which has seen minimal growth in the industry, the company says.
Polyframe, which boasts a 200 000 sq ft modern fabrication plant in Halifax, has also consistently introduced innovative products into the market and continued to invest in machinery and research and development.
Since 2012, the company has invested more than £2m on fully automated welders and corner cleaners at the Halifax factory to ensure that the quality of the product is improved as the business continues to grow.
Chris Watson, group managing director, said: “It is a great honour to be recognised as one of the top 50 fastest growing businesses in the whole of the UK. At Polyframe we strive to deliver the highest quality products but at the same time we are continually looking at business opportunities and ways to improve the products that we offer.”
