Refurbished offices prove popular

TWO more offices at the newly refurbished Ailsa House in Gildersome, south Leeds, have been let.

Equipment rental specialists Vp has taken 5,000 sq ft and housing provider Lovell has taken 4,500 sq ft.

The ground floor is let to HM Courts and Tribunal Service (HMCTS) and with the new lettings, this now leaves only two suites remaining of approximately 4,000 sq ft each.

Acting on behalf of the Landlord, Claymore Group, Pete Bradbury of Carter Towler said: “We are delighted to have attracted two fantastic companies to Ailsa House.  The building presents really well and we are confident of landing another tenant before the end of the year.”
