Medical developments mark decade of business for group

HEALTHCARE solutions company, OneMedicalGroup, has announced a hatrick of medical centre developments.

The business, which is celebrating its tenth year, has an annual turnover of more than £10m and a property portfolio of more than 60,000 sq m.  It has announced plans for a new multi-million pound medical centre development in Crossgates, Leeds, which will combine both the existing Manston and Church View surgeries in a new and improved premise. The construction of the surgery is starting this month, with completion set for mid-summer 2015.

The Yorkshire firm has also acquired the Crossfell Health Centre in Middlesbrough and has recently completed a flagship development in Carlisle.

Rachel Beverley-Stevenson, chief executive of OneMedicalGroup, which employs 200 people, said: “2014 has been a landmark year for the group and the new developments in Crossgates and Crossfell and the successful opening of the new medical centre in Stanwix, are an exciting way to cement our 10th year in business.

“As OneMedicalGroup celebrates its first decade of Innovation, in an independent medical market, we are looking forward to the future. Our strategic goal for the next year is making history – a big name for a big plan to maximise engagement with patients, clients, staff and NHS commissioners for a new generation of better healthcare premises and services.”
