Beachcroft boosts numbers

COMMERCIAL law firm Beachcroft has appointed five solicitors to its employment practice in Leeds making it the largest employment practice in the region.

The new appointments bring the total number of employment specialists in the team to 25,

After completing their training with the firm, newly qualified solicitors Suki Attwal, Sinead Turner and Jennifer Perry are appointed to the team, with Penelope Saunders and Louise Bloomfield also joining the team.

Previously at Langleys in York, Ms Saunders specialises in advising and representing commercial clients from start-up businesses to national organisations.

Ms Bloomfield joins Beachcroft from Pinsent Masons in Leeds where she advised a portfolio of commercial clients, ranging from executive management teams to large multi-national corporations.

The new team members will be responsible for advising on a wide range of employment issues, such as discrimination, equal pay, redundancy, TUPE, industrial relations, and employment contracts.
