£18m-turnover communications agency sets a new Vista for its future

CREATIVE communications agency Logistik Group has rebranded as Vista to kick-start a new phase in the life of the business that is already in the top 10 events businesses in the country.

The £18m-turnover business, which employs about 90 people across its offices in Leeds and London, is looking to further strengthen its presence in consultancy, digital and film, while maintaining its position in the events sector.

The rebrand is the result of feedback from staff and clients, who include a number of blue-chip firms such as Asda, Lloyds Banking Group, BT, Marks & Spencer and EDF Energy.

It also marks the end of the period of founder Dirk Mischendahl, who left the agency after 18 years late last year.

Vista’s finance director Joe Yates said: “The business is evolving from Logistik with a heritage in events into Vista, the intelligent, creative communications agency.

“Vista’s approach is ‘we help you see further’ – it’s about helping people achieve their potential and deliver with impact, whether they are our clients or our staff.

“The new name gives us the platform to be the business we really are.”

Its five-year plan builds on strong client relationships and includes international expansion.

The company has also brought in about 20 people in recent months and says it is recruiting heavily at the moment.

Vista’s managing director, James Wilkins, added: “This is so much more than simply changing the logo and the company font, this is us embracing who we are, the talent that we have within and the things that we are best at and boldly nailing our colours to the mast.

“The changes for the brand go to the very core of our philosophy, we have reinvented many of our HR policies to best service the needs of our employees in an industry that is notoriously exhausting and want to have all of the mechanisms in place to attract the very best talent available while also nurturing our own.”
