Let-Leeds gets behind £14.2m of property

LET-LEEDS has been contracted by developers to sell £14.2m worth of city centre apartments across five projects.

In the last few weeks, Let-Leeds has been instructed to sell 406 new apartments in Leeds city centre and Bradford.

The developments include X1 Aire on East Street in Leeds, from developers X1 developments, Pinnacle’s 20/20 residential residential complex and 91 of their remaining flats in Bradford’s The Xchange.

They have also been appointed to the £3.7m development at 75 Hyde Park Road in Leeds, the 20 remaining apartments at Trinity Hall in Leeds.

Luke Gidney, founder of Let-Leeds, said: “We have been given the wonderful challenge of selling a huge proportion of this region’s new city-centre accommodation.

“This portfolio is made up of the most exciting, cutting edge developments currently being created in West Yorkshire.

“It is pleasing for Let-Leeds from a commercial point of view. But it is also extremely gratifying that some of the UK’s major developers have heard enough good things about the way we work and the sales we achieve that they want us to handle their biggest projects.

“We have always said that we want to play our part in shaping the West Yorkshire property market for buyers, sellers, landlords and tenants. These latest deals prove that we are playing a significant role in helping this great area’s property sector flourish.”
