New premises for expanding Stonehouse

FURNITURE and interior refurbishment firm Stonehouse projects has moved into new offices in the £3.3m Home Farm development.
King Sturge and GVA Grimley brokered the deal which sees the company, led by husband and wife Steve and Fleur Waugh, move from Harrogate to Esholt to find room for its expansion.
Stonehouse Projects, which normally supports other firms with their office relocations, boasts clinets including Volkswagen Group, Findus Foods and the University of York.
Fleur Waugh said: “Home Farm is a fantastic stone-and-glass barn conversion which is full of character. We have fitted out the interior to our specification, retaining period features such as the wonderful beams and exposed stone columns.
“It has been an amazing experience to have created such a fantastic space at Home Farm and even more exciting as it’s been for us.“
Home Farm is a refurbished grade II listed former saw mill on land owned by Yorkshire Water Services which was completed by Keyland Developments, owned by Yorkshire Water’s parent company Kelda.
James Smithies, development consultant at Keyland Developments, said: “We are delighted to welcome another high-quality occupier to the Home Farm development”.
