Final call for restructuring seminar

DEMAND has been high but a few places are still available at the first TheBusinessDesk.com specialist seminar offering expert advice on how management can respond to the downturn and restructure their business.
The event, which is being held in association with The Met Hotel, will feature three highly respected corporate advisers from sponsors Grant Thornton, Walker Morris and Yorkshire Bank, who aim to provide company directors with the inside track on how they can safeguard the future of their businesses.
The breakfast seminar, which is being held at The Met Hotel in Leeds on March 31, includes presentations from Joe McLean of Grant Thornton on ‘Spotting the signs before we do’. Philip Mudd of Walker Morris on ‘Directors duties and rescue options including CVA’ and John McGhee of Yorkshire Bank who will focus on ‘Quality of management when running a business’.
David Parkin, Editor of TheBusinessDesk.com, will introduce the seminar and chair a discussion where the panel will take questions from the invited audience.
