Portakabin signs DWF

LAW firm DWF has been appointed by Portakabin Group to provide debt recovery services.

Portakabin Group, based in York, covers a range of construction businesses including Portakabin, Yorkon, Foremans Relocatable Building Systems, Portasilo, Paton Plant and Allspace.

DWF’s role will include debt collection and issuing bankruptcy petitions and winding up orders.

The win follows for DWF’s debt recovery team follows its recent appointment by Anglian Water.

The team is led by Ron Lack and David Scottow who joined DWF in January from Cobbetts, where they were behind the success of its debt recovery business Incasso.
