New Roomzzz for franchise

YORKSHIRE aparthotel franchise Roomzzz has announced its expansion to Bristol and East London.

The two new sites will operate as franchises of the brand launched in Leeds in 2006 which is now in six locations.

Roomzzz is also celebrating receiving full accreditation from the British Franchise Association.

Mark Walton, head of Roomzzz Aparthotel UK, said: “Our ability to adapt within the market place and economic climate has, and always will be our strength. Our investment into recognising our audience is substantial and we use this knowledge to stay progressively ahead in the industry.

“The Roomzzz Aparthotel franchise model has already been very well accepted and we are in discussions with several more potential franchisees to take the brand site total into double figures for 2012.

The London location is close to the site for the 2012 Olympics while the Bristol property is in the city centre.

Roomzz aims to appeal to audiences looking for affordable boutique accommodation.
