Corporate Challenge winners and finishers praised

CORPORATE Challenge winners and finishers were praised by the charity race’s sponsors Clarion Solicitors at a special presentation.
More than 150 employees from businesses across the region took part in this year’s corporate challenge joining more than 7,000 runners who completed the Leeds city centre charity event.
First over the finish line was design and communications agency Logistik, with the firm’s Victoria Graves claiming the title of fastest female corporate challenger and fastest female overall after she crossed the line in 37 minutes and 20 seconds.
Second place went to Leeds Rugby Foundation with Hammonds following in third.
Fastest corporate challenger was Ian Rosser from the Yorkshire Evening Post who completed the run in 41 minutes and seven seconds.
Roger Hutton, a partner with Clarion Solicitors, said: “I urge companies who didn’t take part this year to sign-up for next year’s race as it is a great opportunity to work as team and really help make a difference for a great charity.”
By signing up to the Corporate Challenge package, which costs £500, businesses receive a range of benefits including expert coaching, VIP hospitality and invites to a pre-race ‘pasta party’.
