Name change for Dawmed
ROTHERHAM-BASED medical equipment firm Dawmed Systems has changed its name to Adalta Real and completed the sale of Dawmed International.
The firm said that trading under the new name would start next week following the passing of a special resolution at its second general meeting being held today.
It also confirmed that completion of the sale and purchase of all shares of division Dawmed International had now taken place.
As a result, John Crispin and Mark Adamson have ceased to be directors of the copmany.
