Bradford University offering free management masterclasses

BRADFORD University’s School of Management is offering organisations free management masterclasses.

The sessions are aimed at decision makers who commission management development in public and private sector organisations.

The first masterclass will be held on December 3 from 9am to 3pm followed by another on December 10 at the School of Management’s executive training centre at Heaton Mount in Bradford.

Private sector topics will include strategic management – how elusive is your competitive advantage, and cash flows -ensuring it doesn’t.

The public sector session will focus on strategic management – one size doesn’t fit all, linking stakeholders and organisations, and capital budgeting – project appraisal in the public sector.
