DHL relocation opens up 37,000 sq ft warehouse opportunity

A 37,000 sq ft unit in Glasshoughton which logistics giant DHL is due to vacate later this year, has been brought to market.

The unit at Whistler Drive, which DHL has occupied for ten years, was developed by Wilson Bowden and is situated between warehouses occupied by Teva and Really Useful Products.

Rob Oliver, director at the Leeds office of GVA, said: “We are pleased to be instructed to market this unit. There is a very low level of supply across the West Yorkshire region of modern second hand stock.

“This unit is well specified with an eaves height of 7.2m, and a large yard, and is only a few minutes from Junction 32 of the M62.”
