Leeds restaurant teams up with Fever Tree to launch rooftop G&T garden

To celebrate World Gin Day on Saturday, Crafthouse has joined forces with premium tonic mixer Fever Tree, to transform the Leeds restaurant’s rooftop terrace into a G&T garden for the summer months.

Launching on June 10, Fever Tree and Crafthouse will be serving up a selection of unique G&T drinks.

From understanding the balance of a classic gin and tonic, to playing with different flavour combinations, the pop up bar provides the people of Leeds with the perfect opportunity to finesse their number one gin and tonic combination.

Ideal for the gin aficionados and those who are keen to learn more about the botanical based drink, the menu will include 12 gin and tonic choices, mixed with six of the best Fever Tree tonics. The bar team has also handpicked a selection of a local and international gins to partner with each flavoured tonic.

Mark Morrison, general manager of Crafthouse, says: “Guests to the Fever Tree Gin Garden will have the chance to taste a number G&T creations from the classic to the imaginative, all with the hope to find their ideal combination.

“As the summer months start to heat up, the gin bar on Crafthouse’s outdoor terrace, with its incredible views over Leeds skyline is set to be the new favourite city centre spot to spend a hot summer’s evening.”

The Fever Tree Gin Garden will be open everyday in June and throughout July.
