Trinity Kitchen welcomes new street food traders

Trinity Kitchen in Leeds has welcomed a host of new street food traders, who will be serving up a range of tasty treats until mid-October.

The new street food traders who will be taking residency for eight weeks include Baked in Brick, Chowdown Streatery, Steak Out, Sela Bar, The Persian Kitchen and Thai Khrim.

Dan Wharton, Marketing Manager at Trinity Leeds, said: “We’re thrilled to welcome new vendors Baked in Brick, Chowdown Streatery, and Persian Kitchen who will be serving up unique food in our equally unique venue. It’s also great to welcome back Steak Out, Thai Khrim and Sela Bar, who have all proved to be a big hit with hungry shoppers.”

Trinity Kitchen rotates several new food retailers every few weeks, offering visitors a vibrant mix of restaurants, bars and street food vans.

The new arrivals will be at Trinity Kitchen until October 15, trading alongside permanent outlets Chicago Rib Shack, Chip + Fish, Duck ’n Roll, Pho, PizzaLuxe, Rola Wala, Tortilla and Oh You Pretty Things.

Meet the new traders…

Baked in Brick – their dishes are cooked in a wood-fire oven on the back of an eye-catching 1964 Mini Cooper. The Mini even has a grill under the bonnet.

Chowdown Streatery – offering American-style street food made with locally-sourced produce.

Persian Kitchen – get those taste buds tingling with their delicious Middle Eastern cuisine.

Steak Out – unique flavours and served sizzling steakhouse style on toasted brioche rolls, options range from The Texan with BBQ sauce and smoked bacon to The Eiffel with garlic mayonnaise and crispy onions.

Sela Bar – will be serving up their famous grilled cheese sandwiches with a range of toppings.

Thai Khrim – hand-crafted Thai ice cream served with lashings of toppings has proved such a hit that they are staying at Trinity Kitchen for a third change-over.
