Traffic Alert: Long delays on A1 due to collision

There are long delays on the A1(M) in South Yorkshire on the northbound carriageway due to a two vehicle collision involving a car and a van.

There is a lane 2 (of 2) closure between J38 (A638) and J39 (A639) north of Doncaster with police and Highways England traffic officers on scene.

Yorkshire Air Ambulance did attend earlier however has now left scene.
