Two city centre offices sold

Two Leeds city centre offices have been snapped up after a competitive bidding process.

Carter Towler has sold 6 Butts Court and Studio 4, The Quays on Concordia Street on behalf of a private client.

Philip Shopland-Reed, senior surveyor at Carter Towler, said: “These properties are both in prime locations, in great condition and are self-contained which is why they were so highly sought after. Butts Court has the added benefit of its own parking facilities and The Quays has an enviable riverside location. Our client is delighted with the excellent return on their investments.”

Sold off a guide price of £750,000, 5,490 sq ft 6 Butts Court has been acquired by Leeds-based property company Samara Group.

Samara Group director Harry Albazie added: “There was considerable competition and we had to move quickly, we are so pleased with the successful outcome. Butts Court will be a valuable addition to our city centre property portfolio.”

2,500 sq ft Studio 4, The Quays was sold off a guide price of £500,000 and has been bought by design agency Golden.
