Construction of Ilkley office building moves forward

An office building in Ilkley town centre currently under construction is due to complete this summer.

The development, known as The Point, is located on Mayfield Road close to Ilkley Railway Station.  One third of the building is already pre-let to Halliday Clark Architects.

The two remaining units cover approximately 2,350 sq ft on the building’s ground floor and 2,001 sq ft on the first floor, the latter of which incorporates a mezzanine level set within the roof void.

The two units could be leased as a whole, individually or the ground floor space could be divided into smaller units of approximately 1,175 sq ft each.

The Point also offers parking area and communal facilities including shower rooms, a kitchen area and lift access to the upper floors.
