Shopping centre owners appoint new joint leasing agent

Landsec has appointed Time Retail Partners as joint leasing agents for both of its Yorkshire shopping centres, Trinity Leeds and White Rose.

Time Retail Partners will work alongside JLL, the existing agents, for both schemes. Shelley Sandzer are the food and beverage leasing agents for Trinity Leeds. Time Retail Partners currently also act as leasing agents for Landsec with regards to Bluewater in Kent and Southside in Wandsworth.

Trinity Leeds has 788,900 sq ft of retail space. The shopping centre incorporates 120 stores, restaurants and entertainment venues.

Built in 1997, White Rose is a prime retail and leisure destination south of Leeds, boasting 814,500 sq ft of new retail, restaurant and entertainment space. In 2017, Landsec completed a significant investment to provide 65,000 sq ft of new leisure, food and beverage space.
