Computer software firm snaps up remaining space in city centre building

A computer software provider has taken 2,735 sq ft of space within a Leeds city centre building.

Reapit has confirmed a five-year lease on the second floor of Phoenix House.

It is the first time since the building was refurbished by owners Wilton Developments that the building is fully occupied.

Jason Stowe, Managing Director at Wilton Developments, said: “We have thoughtfully refurbished the building’s common areas and this letting is testament to the investment we have made.  We feel this continues to improve the building’s offer going forward.”

Clem McDowell from JLL, who brokered the deal, said: “Wilton is committed to creating an affordable and quality workplace environment which has been recognised by the fact Phoenix is now fully occupied.”

The Leeds offices of property advisers JLL and CBRE are joint agents on Phoenix House.
