People: Partner promotion at law firm; UTC appoints new principal; WSB announces new hire; and more

Leeds law firm Morrish Solicitors LLP has promoted employment Solicitor Daniel Kindell to Partner to mark his contribution to the business.

Kindell joined Morrish Solicitors in 2005. He has a wealth of experience and will continue to advise clients on a full range of employment issues. Kindell said: “The employment team at Morrish Solicitors is second to none and continues to be a busy, vibrant, and exciting place to work advising our wide range of clients.

“My time so far with Morrish Solicitors has been immensely rewarding. As a partner I will continue to advise and support our clients, and be as accessible as ever. However I will also be playing a wider role in helping the department and the firm to develop the business. It’s an exciting challenge – and one I’m looking forward to.”

Paul Scholey, Senior Partner at Morrish Solicitors, said: “We’d all like to congratulate Daniel on his promotion. We are proud to welcome Daniel to the partner team, and fully expect that he will continue to use the experience, skill and work ethic he has demonstrated since joining our firm to achieve the best results for our clients.”

“Engagement has to be human, because people trust people more than brands.” Delivering the best people for the job is crucial to any businesses success, it is an investment that shapes the culture and credibility of a business.
