Construction of £22.3m development underway in North Yorkshire
Construction of a £22.3m development of 78 houses in Knaresborough, North Yorkshire, has begun.
Avant Homes acquired the two-acre site for the development, named The Lanes, in December 2017. The Lanes is the first development for Avant Homes in the town and comprises 78 impressive two, three, four and five-bedroom homes across six house designs.
Properties are due to go on sale from December 2018, with the marketing suite set to open to visitors in January 2019. The first homes will be ready for occupation in spring.

Avant Homes will also deliver 31 affordable homes as part of the development and invest more than £300,000 in education, infrastructure and travel initiatives for the town, including the development of public open spaces and a habitat area for local great crested newts.
