Healthcare recruitment firm relocates head office

Healthcare recruitment firm Gilbert Meher has signed up to more than 5,000 sq ft of space at a Leeds office building for its new head office.

Schroders, represented by Savills, has let 5,186 sq ft at 1 East Parade.

The deal follows the recent letting of the floor above to Xalient.

Gilbert Meher has agreed a 10 year lease at £26 per sq ft for part of the fourth floor of the property, which has recently undergone a full refurbishment.

Patrick Carter, director in the office agency team at Savills Leeds, said: “We are pleased to have secured Gilbert Meher as the newest tenant at 1 East Parade. The building provides an exciting opportunity for tenants to occupy contemporary, flexible office space as we are about to commence phase two of works which will consist of a full common part refurbishment.”
