IT solutions firm makes £500,000 investment

Mtech, the Leeds-based IT solutions firm, is investing £500,000 in increased systems, business growth and personnel.

The firm, marking its tenth year in business, was established by partners David Mitchell, Chris Cadge and Tim Leslie.

Mtech provides strategic IT advice for a range of businesses including Leeds Rugby, Springfield Healthcare, The URM Group, Proper Music and Yorkshire County Cricket Club.

In the last two years, the business has seen growth with turnover up by 70% and staff figures increased by 35%.

Tim Leslie, Mtech Operations Director, said: “It doesn’t seem like 10 years since we were formed but what a fantastic decade it’s been.

“We’ve seen rapid growth in the last two years where the business has expanded dramatically – servicing more and more clients across Yorkshire and the North.

“Our expertise with Microsoft has been a huge success with clients. By investing an extra £500,000 in the business, we’ll be able to offer unique services to our customers, increase our knowledge base and continue to grow the team to continue delivering high-quality advice for existing and new clients.”
