City development company to host HR forum
CITY development company Creativesheffield is to host the first 2010 Sheffield HR forum.
The quarterly HR forum aims to communicate new thinking in the HR arena, discuss common personnel issues, best practice and allow delegates to hear from an inspirational range of experienced speakers and experts in the field.
Anne Brennan, HR consultant at Creativesheffield, the company responsible for the economic transformation of the city, said: “The economy has encouraged many businesses across the UK to review the efficiency of their operations. HR functions have been particularly under pressure to deliver innovative management of personnel to ensure that companies maintain a confident and driven workforce – a vital asset to surviving the economic downturn.”
