Technological boost for security systems business

A Bradford security company has completed a major upgrade of facilities at its dedicated Technology Monitoring Centre.

Kings Secure Technologies has extensively revamped the centre, which provides secure, round-the-clock monitoring to help prevent criminal activity.

A spokesman for the business said:  “Our commitment to providing a comfortable, functional and industry-leading monitoring space for the well-being of our operators, and to deliver the continued quality of service we promise to our clients meant refurbishment of the centre was an absolute must.

“Not only has there been substantial cosmetic improvements, the entire network has undergone a complete upgrade, with a new Cloud telephony system at its heart meaning our operators can listen to, assess, record and process every alarm, guaranteeing the fastest possible response to our customers.”

Monitoring Centre Manager, Eddie Atkins, said: “Our commitment to the well-being of our operators and to deliver the premium service we promise to our customers is of paramount importance to Kings.

“Our aim is to answer 95% of telephone calls within 20 seconds.

“With the new technology and working environment that we have now in the centre, our performance is just going to get stronger and stronger.”
