£2.5m price tag for warehouse

A 16,394 sq ft retail warehouse in Halifax is up for sale.

The building in Pellon Lane, next to Halifax Retail Park, is let to Dunelm (Soft Furnishings) Ltd, with just over eight years left on the lease.

Constructed in 2003, the property comprises a detached, purpose-built warehouse and a 55-space car park.

Offers of more than £2,490,000 are being sought for the building, subject to contract and exclusive of VAT.

The retail warehouse has been bought to market, via property agents Commercial Property Partners.
