Construction on residential development underway
Construction is underway on 24 homes in the village of Harthill, South Yorkshire.
Jones Homes Yorkshire is building the houses at its Hillside Green development, off Winney Hill. Once finished the development will include a selection of four and five-bedroom properties, alongside six two and three-bedroom homes designated as affordable housing.
The first homes are due to be released for sale in September, with the first completions scheduled for March next year.
David Ruffley, Regional Director for Jones Homes Yorkshire, said: “We are pleased to have started work in Harthill and are looking forward to releasing these homes for sale this autumn.
